Am I getting ripped off? Is there room to haggle? I am after a Mercedez Benz A Cl?

With an average miles of 40000 that would be �6500 at a non benz dealer. For me the extra 25000 miles is not worth the �1500 you would have to pay as it is still a 4 year old car. I would go for �7500 max and �7250 would be my target.
