Unmodded PS2 or 3 read burned PSX games?

Well, can I do it? And how? By the way, the game is slightly to big for a CD-R so it has to go on a DVD-R. The files that I downloaded for the game are a .CCR, .IMG, .CUE, and .SUB, if that matters.
