I am worried about my crb record because i have been arrested twice for being drunk and disordely?

in 2007 i got arrested twice,i lied to the police of my details and they found out when i got arrested on a second time.i was having a relationship problem because my boyfriend was seeing his ex girl friend,this used to stress me and i used to get drunk every week.unfourtunately i got arrested twice.now things are okey with my boyfriend and i stopped drinking but i am worried about my crb check because i would like to chage jobs.i am a carer and i would like to change the nursing home i work in ,i am worried about my record of being drunk .i would appreciate any advice on what to do.
